We take a plot from the first massing study to the last site visit — zoning analysis, concept, building permit, tender documentation and construction supervision. Every floor plan is drawn against a real cost model, so what is approved is what gets built.

Single-Family Homes

One house, one family, one conversation that lasts from the first sketch to the first evening in it.

Private houses are where the studio started. The brief is written together, on site, before a single line is drawn — how you cook, who visits, which window you want to wake up to. The result is a house shaped by its own plot rather than a catalogue.

03 — Typical timeline: 5–9 months

Interior Design

Light, proportion and material composed into one continuous space — down to the handle.

Full interior delivery: layout, lighting design, material palette, custom joinery and the procurement that keeps it on budget. We work in existing apartments as readily as in shells, and we finish the job — the handover is a furnished room, not a mood board.

Process

How a project runs

The same four steps whether the job is a 40 m² apartment or a 60-unit building. Only the length of each one changes.

Conversation

An hour on site or in the studio. We listen, measure what is there and tell you honestly whether the budget and the brief can meet.

Concept

Two or three directions, drawn far enough to be judged — plans, sections and light studies. One of them becomes the project.

Documentation

Permit and technical drawings, joinery details, a specification a contractor can price without guessing. Nothing is left to the site.

Delivery

We stay on the job: site visits, material approvals, snagging. You get the keys to a finished room, not to a folder of drawings.
