Before you write
How much does a project cost?
Interiors are quoted per square metre, architecture as a percentage of the construction budget. Both are fixed in the contract before we start — we do not bill by the hour, because that punishes you for asking questions.
Do you work outside Warsaw?
Yes. Roughly a third of our work is elsewhere in Poland, and we build travel into the fee rather than adding it later. Site visits are monthly at minimum, whatever the distance.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We will ask to see the existing documentation first and tell you honestly whether continuing or restarting is the cheaper route — sometimes it is the second one.
How soon can you start?
The first conversation happens within a week. A studio slot usually opens within four to eight weeks, and we will tell you the real date rather than hold you with an optimistic one.
Would rather just see something first?
Three apartments are on the market, and viewings run seven days a week.
