Solvent homepage on desktop — the “A modern house for the price of an apartment” hero with a consultant contact module and the first model card

Every builder in this category ends the page with “request a quote.” I designed this one to answer the money question before anyone asks for a phone number.

I put the price on the card

The category hides pricing behind a form. I built the model card around six fixed values in a fixed order, so every house carries the same data and a visitor can compare two of them without contacting anyone.

Blog

Most visitors land months before they are ready to call, so I designed the blog as the part that keeps working in between. Listing, article template, and the consultant module placed after the text rather than on top of it.

Compare first. Contact later.

One decision that shaped every screen in this project.

// Context

In Poland, modular homes still bring to mind brochures from a decade ago — Solvent was building a product that looks like today, so the brand and website had to close that distance in a single leap, with no in-between stage. I designed the identity from scratch — logo, typography, palette — and a website that walks the visitor from first impression, through the model configurator, to a conversation with a sales rep, without a single dead end along the way. The most important decision concerned pricing: everyone in this category hides it behind a form, so the model card got six fixed values in a fixed order — gross price, price per m², build time, built-up and usable floor area, and the number of rooms — so that two houses can be compared before anyone asks for a phone number.

Visual identity

Visual identity

A logo, typography and colour system built around the brand’s natural, warm character.

Home configurator

A section presenting home models with a clear structure of prices and floor areas.

// Logo — variants

Six variants of the mark presented to the client: the full circle, a cut-out version, and the logo’s behaviour on brand colours and over photography. A concept the client ultimately decided against.
