Sesame is a secure AI-powered workspace built to give companies access to all of their internal knowledge in a single chat — without losing control over where that data goes and who can reach it. I designed the new information architecture and the user flows for a range of chat and file-management scenarios. The biggest challenge was covering the widest possible range of user needs — project organisation, permissions, conversation history — while keeping the interface simple and practical.
